LETTER SENT TO SENIOR OFFICERS AGAINST AJAY SINGH AND ARVIND SINGH

BUXAR-------------------------Five DPOs of the education department had sent a letter to the Additional Chief Secretary to end the trouble and fear in working in the Buxar District Education Office. They had requested him to end the fearful environment created by Ajay Singh and Arvind Singh.

District Program Officer Vishnukant Rai, Nazish Ali, Shariq Ashraf, Chandan Dwivedi and Rajneesh Upadhyay have said in the letter sent pointwise that the education mafia has direct and indirect control over the Buxar District Office. Every day, all of us officers are intimidated in various ways and pressured to do things against the rules. If the work of the education mafia is not done, pressure is created through Public Grievance and Right to Information Rules, Appellate Authority, Administrative Officers. Officials are beaten up and abused by entering the office.

That there is a parallel office of the education department at the residence of Ajam Kumar Singh and Arvind Kumar Singh, if it is investigated properly then a lot of evidence will be found which is beyond imagination, and it should be known that the said persons do not have any service or business, yet the officials and teachers are earning huge property by harassing the people. The Economic Offenses Unit should investigate this and they should be arrested and strict action should also be taken against the officials who are promoting propaganda by coordinating with the said criminals.

It should be known that due to the above mentioned reasons, the education system of Buxar has been under the control of education mafia for almost a decade due to which no official has been able to work here continuously for more than a year. In this situation, the posting table of the district for the past years can be observed.

The then District Education Officer, Mr. Dilip Singh, thought it better to get transferred here from 02.02.2022 to 02.07.2022 in just one month and work as District Program Officer in Saran and left the post of Education Officer. Kumar Arlind Sinha, the then District Program Officer here from 02.02.2022 to 07.07.202

in just five months, got himself transferred and went to another district due to the said education mafia. Amar Bhushan, former District Education Officer, fighting with the said education mafia, got himself transferred and went to the Secretariat, Ghat in just five months from 01.08.2021. Vilesh Chaudhary, former District Education Officer, while struggling with the said education mafia, got himself transferred to Sachivalayam, Patna in just one year from 07.07.2021 to 12.07.2021. Vijay Kumar Jha, former District Education Officer, while struggling with the said education mafia, got himself transferred in just sixteen months from March 2.1.1 to 06.07.2020. Sanjam Kumar Singh, former District Education Officer, was posted here for only 30 days. Ramer Singh, former District Program Officer, while struggling with the said education mafia, retired from his post. His retirement benefits are pending due to the interference of the said mafia. Krishna Singh, former District Education Officer was posted for only ten months from 31.01.2017 to 26.11.2017.

It is to be mentioned here that all the senior officers are threatened by the said education mafias. After retirement, they are deprived of service benefits, pension etc. due to which various types of problems arise. It should be known that education mafia Ajam Kumar Singh and Arvind Kumar Singh are persons of criminal image. They have no connection with the government office.

Instead, they conspire with their colleague clerks to trap the A-1 officials and pressurize teachers and teachers by filing complaints in public grievances. In such a situation, baseless and unfounded allegations are leveled against the mafias for not doing their work.

A conspiracy is hatched to trap the officials in connivance with the clerks of the education department. The clerks hand over the important files of the office to them. This can be seen in the CCTV camera. It is also mentioned in the letter that the CCTV cameras installed in the rooms of clerks Anil Kumar Rai and Sarvdev Chabey have been painted over so that their movements cannot be captured in the camera. Clerks who are favourites of the education mafia are made file in-charges of sensitive divisions like monitoring, public grievances, appellate authority etc. and get their work done as per their wishes. Important files are acquired and misused. DEO could not stay for more than a year in a decade In the letter sent to the Additional Chief Secretary, District Program Officers Vishnukant Rai, Nazish Ali, Shariq Ashraf, Chandan Dwivedi and Rajneesh Upadhyay have clearly mentioned that due to education mafias, no District Education Officer has been able to serve in the district for more than a year.

(1) The then Education Officer Shri Dilip Singh got transferred here from 02.02.2022-02.07.2022 in just five months and went to Saran. He thought it better to work as District Program Officer. (2) Kumar Arvind Sinha, the then District Program Officer, got transferred here from 02.02.2022-07.07.2022 in just five months and left due to the said mafia. (3)Amar Bhushan, former District Education Officer, while fighting with the above-mentioned mafia, regained his position in just five months from 11.08.2021 to 01.02.2022After getting transferred, he went to Secretariat, Patna. (4) Divesh Chaudhary, former District Education Officer, while fighting with the said education mafia, got himself transferred to Secretariat, Patna in just one year from 07.07.2020 to 12.07.2021. (5) Vijay Kumar Jha, former District Education Officer, while fighting with the said education mafia, got himself transferred to Secretariat, Patna in just sixteen months from March 2019 to 06.07.2020. (6) Sanjay Kumar Singh, former District Education Officer, got himself transferred to Secretariat, Patna in just 30 days. (7) Rameshwar Singh, former District Program Officer, while fighting with the said education mafia, retired. Due to the complaint of the mafia, the retirement benefits are pending. (8)Krishna Singh, former District Education Officer, was posted for only ten months from 31.01.2017 to 26.11.2017.

The five district program officers Vishnukant Rai, Nazish Ali, Shariq Ashraf, Chandan Dwivedi and Rajneesh Upadhyay have appealed in a letter sent to the Additional Chief Secretary that Ajay Singh and Arvind Singh threaten that after retirement, they will deprive them of benefits like service benefits, pension etc. Due to which an atmosphere of fear prevails. It is clearly written in the letter that these two have no connection with the education office. Despite this, they try to trap the officials with the help of clerks. They file unnecessary complaints. Today, a big disclosure will be made about a file of a big scam of bullies and mafias in the education department.
