ARA-------------------------A seminar and lecture was held for awareness on high blood pressure and diabetes at Jinvani Management Institute located on the National Highway near Bihiya. The main speaker of this seminar was Dr. K.N. Sinha, Senior Consultant Physician and former Additional Chief Medical Officer, Bhojpur. In this seminar, Dr. Sinha said that high blood pressure and diabetes are spreading very fast in our country and now it is happening to people of young age. In many cases, it is not even known, only headache, weakness, body ache, tingling sensation etc. occur. These two are not just a disease but a group of diseases, because both of them affect the whole body, especially the head, eyes, heart, kidneys etc. Due to this disease, serious life-threatening diseases like heart attack, paralysis can also occur. Therefore, all people should keep checking their blood pressure and blood sugar regularly. In case of any special problem, consult your doctor immediately. Both these diseases can occur due to improper eating habits and lack of physical activity. Therefore, stay away from junk food, fast food, market food and consume more fruits, green vegetables, salads in your regular diet. Keep walking, yoga, exercise regularly. In special circumstances, consult your doctor soon and keep checking your entire body once or twice a year. In this seminar, Jinvani Measurement Institute's director, principal, all trainers, teachers and a large number of management students were present. This program was organized by Glenmark Company.
