LACK OF NATURAL EXPRESSION IS A MAJOR CAUSE OF DEPRESSION

ARA---------------------------Depression is a disease deeply connected to our mind and subconscious. This disease doesn't develop overnight; it takes a long time. We become aware of it only when it becomes severe, and the full extent of it is only when we experience its effects. There are thousands of reasons for this. One of them is the persistent mistake of considering an uncomfortable life as comfortable.
Among the many causes of depression, a major one is the persistent lack of natural expression. When you're feeling angry, you're unable to express it simply because someone will record it on their phone, make a video, or capture it on CCTV. All this will be presented unnecessarily to those with whom you've somehow managed to mend your relationship, and everything is going smoothly.
For these reasons, people are hesitant to open their hearts even to friends and relatives. This type of tendency is creating an artificial environment in families, societies, offices, educational institutions, etc., where people are frustrated because they cannot express their emotions naturally, such as laughing, talking, crying, and shouting.
If we have a problem with someone and for some reason cannot express it to them, we can at least express it to others to relieve our feelings. However, an untrustworthy and selfish environment has made it a compulsion to feel suffocated. The very people we trust to relieve our feelings, record it, and make our opponents' hearts heavy against us. Since social media, people with monkey-like qualities, who present momentary emotions as permanent, have become busier than ever, they have become. They play a crucial role in pitting people against each other, inciting conflict, and inciting hatred.
While the social media information technology revolution is providing many things, it is also destroying our natural lives.
Therefore, spontaneous expression is a yoga therapy that protects the emotions of the mind from becoming distorted and frustrated. The bottom line is that we have made even natural life so artificial and uncomfortable that all avenues of simplicity now appear closed.
