BHABHUA------------------------------Police has succeeded in arresting two accused in a robbery case that took place between Barhuli and Pusauli villages of Kudra police station area. The looted mobile phone, a white Apache motorcycle and 27 other unclaimed mobile phones have been recovered from the arrested accused. Giving information regarding the case, the police said that on the evening of 20 June 2025 at around 7:30 pm, unknown criminals looted a mobile phone and Rs 300 from Alok Kumar Upadhyay, a resident of Kudari of Karamchat police station area between Barhuli and Pusauli. In connection with this incident, on the statement of the victim, an FIR was registered in Kudra police station under section 309(4) of the Indian Penal Code under case number 287/25 and investigation was started. During the investigation, the police caught a person named Manish Kumar with the looted mobile with technical assistance. During interrogation, Manish told that he had bought this mobile from Nilesh Kumar, a shopkeeper in Pusauli market. Based on this information, the police arrested Nilesh Kumar on 19 August 2025. During interrogation, Nilesh Kumar admitted to selling the looted mobile and also revealed the names of other criminals involved in this incident. On the information given by Nilesh, the police also arrested Manu Chaudhary involved in this case. Apart from this, 28 other mobile phones were also recovered from Nilesh Kumar's shop without any valid documents, which have been seized. The arrested accused include Manu Chaudhary, son of Ram Avadh Chaudhary, resident of Bagicha village of Sonhan police station area and Nilesh Kumar, son of Babulal Singh. The police is continuously conducting raids to arrest other absconding accused involved in the incident.
