ARA--------------------------The Nitish government is in a mood to take action against Amins who went on strike during the ongoing Revenue Mahabhiyan in Bihar. The Revenue and Land Reforms Department has cancelled the login accounts of the striking Amins.
They have been removed from government work and their entry into offices has also been banned. Along with this, the state government is planning to sack them from their jobs and appoint new Amins. The Revenue Mahabhiyan, which started on August 16, will continue till September 20.
Additional Chief Secretary Deepak Kumar Singh said that the department said that the login accounts of Amins who went on strike will be cancelled with immediate effect and they will be deprived of all kinds of government responsibilities. All settlement officials have been instructed in this regard. The department is also considering cancelling the jobs of such special survey Amins and restarting the process of reinstatement.
In fact, the employees engaged in the work of special land survey work (land survey) went on an indefinite strike from August 16. Apart from a large number of survey Amins, these include survey kanungos, clerks and camp in-charges. These employees are demanding to make their services permanent. For this, a phased agitation is being carried out throughout Bihar.
