INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FRAUD CASE AGAINST THREE INCLUDING BHOJPUR CINESTAR PAWAN SINGH IN VARANASI

ARA--------------------------Troubles have increased on Bhojpuri film actor-singer Pawan Singh. A Varanasi court has ordered to register a fraud case against him. The court gave this order on 13 August 2025 after hearing the petition of businessman Vishal Singh from the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II.

Complainant and Varanasi hotelier Vishal Singh has alleged that in the year 2017 he met Mumbai film director Prem Shankar Rai. After this he was persuaded to invest in the film "Boss" (2018). Vishal Singh claims that he was introduced to Pawan Singh and assured of profits and he deposited

about ₹ 32.60 lakh from his and his brother's firm in different accounts. In July 2018, he was declared the producer of the film and was assured of 50% profits. After this he invested another ₹ 1.25 crore.

However, despite the film's release, the complainant was neither given a share of the profits nor any kind of accounting. When he demanded his money, Pawan Singh threatened to kill him - Vishal Singh has alleged in the court..

The businessman had earlier complained to the Cantonment police station and the police commissioner, but when no action was taken, he moved the court. The court has now directed the police to register a case of cheating against Pawan Singh and three other accused
