ARA---------------------------Government should implement equal pay for equal work, Government should make the appointed teachers state employees without any examination,said Vanshidhar Brajwasi.

Hundreds of teachers from other unions took membership. And today the Transformational Prarambhik Shikshak Sangh District Unit Bhojpur organized a felicitation ceremony for the Honorable Legislative Council Member of Tirhut Graduate Constituency cum State President of Transformational Prarambhik Shikshak Sangh Bihar in the auditorium of Hitnarayan Kshatriya Inter College, Ara. The program was presided over by Ranjan Kumar and the stage was conducted by Dharmendra Kumar. In this program, thousands of teachers of Bhojpur welcomed their Messiah with a grand felicitation. Teachers' leaders from many districts of the state participated in this program, which was welcomed by the District Committee and Block Committee. Speaking on the topic of the program "Journey from employment to State Employee", Shri Vanshidhar Brajwasi said that the journey of Bihar teachers from employment to State Employee was not easy. For this, a firm determination and infallible strategy was needed, which we have completed with your support. The government has already fulfilled these demands half-heartedly, now the government should give the benefit of full pay scale to the teachers by giving them basic salary of level 6,7,8,9 and equal pay for equal work. In the program, Samarendra Bahadur Singh, a teacher of the state, along with Shaligram Dubey, Wahid Anwar, Ravi Kumar, demanded from the government along with service continuity along with salary protection, that the government should give salary protection and issue a letter of salary funding immediately, which should be given by General Secretary Rajnikant Singh. The government should immediately take appropriate action against the officers and take action against all the colleagues for promotion, transfer and other work.
