ARA------------------------A truck ran over a driver on Ara-Patna four lane near Sakkadi turn in Koilwar police station area of ​​the district on Tuesday morning. Due to which he died on the spot. The body of the driver was mutilated in the accident. Local people caught the truck driver. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and seized the said truck and arrested the driver.

According to the information, the deceased (East Champaran) is Krishna Rai, 50-year-old son of late Ramayan Rai, resident of Lala Chhapra village of Bijneri Kesaria police station area of ​​Motihari district. He was a truck driver. Here, Dharmendra Yadav, son of the deceased, said that he himself is a helper on another truck. They had come from Motihari to Balu Ghat under Sandesh police station area on Monday afternoon to load sand on the truck.

After loading the sand, they were returning from Sandesh to Motihari on Monday evening. In the same sequence, on Tuesday morning, when his father got down from the truck at Sakkadi turn and was crossing the road to eat food, then an uncontrolled truck crushed him. Due to which he died on the spot.

Koilwar police informed him about this incident. Police got the body post-mortem done in Sadar Hospital. The deceased's family includes wife Usha Devi and four sons Dheeraj Yadav, Alok Yadav, Dhananjay Yadav and Dharmendra Yadav.
