ARA------------------------Dr. K.N. Sinha, a senior physician and former Additional Chief Medical Officer of Ara city, has returned from the Delhi Cardiology Conference. Dr. Sinha, who represented the Shahabad region of Bihar at the conference, shared his experiences. The conference was held at the Hotel Ashok in Delhi from December 4th to 7th, and was attended by thousands of cardiologists from India and abroad. Cardiologists from every state and corner of the country participated, sharing their experiences. Discussions focused on special and modern diagnostic techniques and treatments for all types of heart diseases. Up-to-date information was provided on heart attacks, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, blood pressure, and several other related conditions. Expressing concern over the rising pollution levels in Delhi, representatives from various countries discussed the impact of air pollution on heart diseases. Despite the availability of numerous medications, emphasis was placed on the importance of regular diet, physical activity, exercise, yoga, and morning walks. The people of the Shahabad district will benefit from Dr. Sinha's experience gained at this conference. It is worth noting that Dr. Sinha regularly participates in several medical conferences every year, including those focused on cardiology.
