ARA-------------------------A review meeting was held through video conferencing under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Bhojpur Shri Tanay Sultania regarding the rise in the water level of the Ganges river and the possible flood situation in other areas including Shahpur and election related works. In the course of flood review, the District Magistrate directed all administrative units to remain in high alert mode. He gave clear instructions to ensure uninterrupted operation of the 24×7 District Disaster Control Room, to provide quick relief and all possible assistance to the flood affected citizens in minimum time and not to be lax at any level. Also, while reviewing the relief work conducted by the District Administration in Jawainiyan village under Shahpur zone, he directed the concerned officials to adopt effective and coordinated methodology. In the course of election related review, the District Magistrate first discussed in detail with all the Electoral Registration Officers on the progress of the work being done under Special Intensive Revision 2025. Also, he directed all the Electoral Registration Officers and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers to speed up the data uploading work so that the election process can be completed within the stipulated time frame.

Senior officers of the concerned departments, sub-divisional level officers, block level officers and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
