A laborer going to defecate died on Friday evening after coming in contact with an electric wire in Mahurhi village of Dhangai police station area of Bhojpur district. He died on the way while being brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. According to the information, the deceased is Santosh Chaudhary, 35-year-old son of late Sudama Chaudhary, resident of Mahurhi village of Dhangai police station area. He was a laborer.

ARA-------------------------------A laborer going to defecate died on Friday evening after coming in contact with an electric wire in Mahurhi village of Dhangai police station area of Bhojpur district. He died on the way while being brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. According to the information, the deceased is Santosh Chaudhary, 35-year-old son of late Sudama Chaudhary, resident of Mahurhi village of Dhangai police station area. He was a laborer.
The family of the deceased, Pritesh, told that on Friday evening he was going from home to the field to defecate. Where the already live wire had broken and fallen on the way. While going, his foot touched the live wire. Due to which he got caught in the current and got seriously injured.
After getting information from the villagers, the family reached there and brought him to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where the doctor declared him dead after seeing him. After this, the post-mortem of the body was done by the police officer working in Sadar Hospital.
It is said that the deceased was second among his two brothers and four sisters. His family consists of his wife Urmila Devi, a son Sandeep and a daughter Beauty. After the incident, the wife of the deceased, Urmila Devi and all the members of the family are crying inconsolably.
The accused who was absconding in a murder case in Koilwar police station area surrendered in court on Thursday due to police pressure. The said accused is Rakesh Mahato, son of Ramesh Mahato, a resident of Ibrahim Nagar Mohalla of Town police station area. He is said to be a non-primary accused.
On the night of 19 January, Dharmendra Kumar, son of Ram Ayodhya Rai, a resident of Dumri village of Bihta police station area of Patna district, was shot dead by unknown criminals near Sakkadi railway overbridge of Koilwar police station area. After which an FIR was lodged in Koilwar police station against unknown people by the brother of the deceased, Raja Babu.
The name of the said accused came up during the investigation and he was absconding since that time. Meanwhile, due to continuous raids and pressure by the police, he surrendered in the court. Koilwar police station in-charge Narottam Chandra said that in this murder case, the police had already arrested seven people and sent them to jail.
