COUNTING FORMS OF 76% VOTERS IN BHOJPUR UPLOADED ON THE PORTAL

ARA---------------------------A review meeting was held through video conferencing regarding the progress of Special Intensive Revision Program 2025 under the chairmanship of Bhojpur District Election Officer-cum-District Officer Tanay Sultania.

On Monday,a review meeting was held through video conferencing regarding the progress of Special Intensive Revision Program 2025 under the chairmanship of Bhojpur District Election Officer-cum-District Officer Tanay Sultania.

At the beginning of the meeting, he took detailed information from all the Electoral Registration Officers and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers-cum-Block Development Officers about the updated status of collection and uploading of counting forms on the portal.

So far, counting forms of a total of 76% of the voters in Bhojpur district have been successfully uploaded on the portal. The District Election Officer directed to complete the collection and uploading of counting forms of all the remaining eligible voters in a timely manner through BLOs, except for the dead, double entries and permanently transferred voters.

It was directed to achieve the target of 100% collection and uploading of counting forms by running campaigns especially in Mahadalit tolas and urban areas. Also, to increase the speed of the campaign, instructions were also given to ensure active participation of BLO, BLO supervisor as well as more and more volunteers.

Electors were also directed to motivate themselves to fill the counting form through the QR code scanner and online portal provided by the Election Commission of India.

Deputy Development Commissioner Bhojpur, Municipal Commissioner - Municipal Corporation Ara, District Education Officer, District Public Relations Officer, Deputy Election Officer Bhojpur and Executive Officers of Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayats and other related officers were present in the meeting.
