COLLEGE EMPLOYEES DECIDED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE INDEFINITE STRIKE

ARA---------------------------A meeting of non-teaching staff of Veer Kunwar Singh University Ara headquarters and other colleges under it was held in Sher Shah College Sasaram, in which non-teaching staff brothers participated.

The meeting was held regarding the interests of the employees and various issues and promotion. The main issues discussed in detail in the meeting were pay fixation and benefits of promotion / ACP / MACP, giving benefits to employees covered under SB Sinha, ensuring pension benefits to retiring employees on the date of retirement, providing immediate compassionate and other benefits to the dependents of deceased employees, etc.

In the meeting, all the employees passed a resolution condemning the working style of the region, condemning the decision taken by the region in minority in the felicitation ceremony organized by the so-called region in Maharaja College Ara on 07/08/2028. All the respected employees unanimously decided that the majority of the employees of the headquarters and all the affiliated colleges called the indefinite strike, lockout on 12/08/2025 as unethical and anti-employee.

Therefore, unanimously, all of us employees dissociate ourselves from the strike called and it was decided to get the promotion process done soon by meeting the Vice Chancellor for immediate promotion.

In the meeting, it was decided unanimously to keep itself away from the activities of the newly formed nominated regional organization. Also, their formation is questionable and undemocratic. The meeting was chaired by Radha Raman Singh, Jawahar Lal Nehru College, while the stage was managed by Dr. Omkar Nath Badwalia, Shri Shankar College, Sasaram. And the vote of thanks was given by Kamal ji, Sher Shah College, Sasaram. Sunil Kumar, Dr. Amit Mishra, Akhileshwar, Pawan Kumar, Abhijeet Kumar, Vikash Kumar, Jaiveer, Guddu Singh, Arvind Singh, Manoj Srivastava, Ram Kishore Singh, Sachchidanand Singh, Sanjay Singh, Sanjay Kishore, Rajiv Ranjan, Rajiv Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Abhimanyu etc. were present as speakers in the meeting.
