ARA------------------------A mobile Lok Adalat was organized for the general public in Sadar Block, Ara, Bhojpur district today by the members from Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna.

Secretary-cum-Subordinate Judge, District Legal Services Authority, Gautam Kumar said that a three-member team from Patna, whose bench comprised Ram Niwas Prasad as judicial member and the other two members Chandra Bhushan Jha, advocate and Rishikesh Kumar, social worker, executed the reconcilable cases of the block under Sadar Ara subdivision on the spot.

Along with this, the people present were made aware through legal awareness camp and were also told about the benefits of the mobile Lok Adalat. Block officials under Ara Sadar subdivision were present. Further, the judicial member also informed that the three-day mobile Lok Adalat running from 22 July to 24 July is being organized in Jagdishpur block tomorrow and on 24 July in Piro block. At the same time, a meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Chief Justice, Family Court Ashutosh Kumar for the successful organization of a special mediation campaign of 90 days for the nation in the light of the instructions of National Legal Services Authority New Delhi and Bihar State Legal Services Authority Patna. Trained mediator judicial officers, advocates and insurance company advocates were present in the meeting.

In the campaign running from July to September, the case is to be executed on the basis of mediation between the two parties in the cases pending in the court.
