ARA--------------------------Guru Narayan Singh, a resident of Ramnagar in Ara Nawada police station area of Bhojpur district, has lodged a case in Udwantnagar police station on July 03 against the concerned persons for selling the land fraudulently without the knowledge of the land owner and completing the process of mutation etc. of the said land despite presenting evidence in this regard.
Guru Narayan Singh, a resident of Ramnagar, has mentioned in the FIR lodged by him in Udwantnagar police station that his 6 brothers have a joint valuable land of 45 decimels in plot number 2095, account number 12 on the roadside near Zero Mile in Jagdishpur Road in Bhelai Mauja. Which has not been divided among them yet, but 7.5 decimels of land which was to come under the responsibility of his eldest brother as per the share has been sold without the knowledge of his elder brother's son Vinay Kumar Singh. Guru Narayan Singh has written while registering the case that the 7.5 decimal land which was his elder brother's share was registered under a conspiracy by the then District Sub Registrar Arvind Kumar Yadav in partnership with Dharmendra Kumar Singh, a resident of Dalelganj, Sandesh, without the actual presence, signature and identity card of the land owner, in the name of another person Vinay Kumar Singh, jointly registered the land on 09 January 2021 in the name of Ajay Rana, a resident of Rani Pavana, Sandesh and Dharmendra Kumar Singh of Dalelganj. Along with this, the mutation process was also completed by the then Circle Officer and his employees without informing the land owners. In this regard, he also presented the signature of the real Vinay Kumar Singh in the document of another land sold by Vinay Kumar Singh in the name of Dharmendra Kumar Singh's wife Rekha Devi on 02 June 2020 to the registration office and his photo recorded in the registration as evidence of the real Vinay Kumar Singh. In the FIR number 339/2025 lodged in Udwantnagar police station, Guru Narayan Singh has written that under the Right to Information, he was informed about this fake registration that the document has been registered without any identification. Terming it as fraud, Guru Narayan Singh has lodged a case for taking strict action against the concerned persons.
In the FIR lodged in the police station, Guru Narayan Singh has written that on coming to know about the fake registration of the land, he contacted the buyers Dharmendra Kumar Singh and Ajay Rana and talked about registering a case with the police regarding the said fraud, on which the buyers accepted the fraud and talked about every possible cooperation to cancel the registration done, regarding which a case was registered in the Civil Court, Ara by Dharmendra Kumar Singh and Ajay Rana signing the agreement letter. But suddenly during the Corona period, the real owner of the land, Vinay Kumar Singh, died. Guru Narayan Singh has written in the case that after the death of Vinay Kumar Singh, Dharmendra Kumar Singh, thinking that the matter was over, again started showing reluctance and expressed ignorance about it. In this regard, Guru Narayan Singh met Ajay Rana where he gave in writing the matter of Dharmendra Singh getting the land registered by tricking him while appearing at the Civil Court and DCLR Ara Sadar.
Guru Narayan has written in the FIR that during the case number 738/2022 going on in the court for cancellation of registration, a part of the land purchased by Dharmendra Kumar Singh fraudulently was sold in the name of Jitendra Singh, a resident of Raja Talab, Jagdishpur. On knowing this, he told Jitendra Singh through telephone that the land purchased by him was disputed, on which Jitendra Singh, knowing everything, talked about buying the land and also talked about taking possession of it in his tone. Guru Narayan Singh has written in his statement recorded in the police station that on getting information about online application for mutation in his name of the land bought earlier by Jitendra Singh and sold fraudulently, he met the Anchal Adhikari several times with all the documents. In this regard, he has expressed disappointment on the online and offline mutation objection case, information about the case filed in the court and the action of accepting mutation against the order of DCLR. Guru Narayan Singh also said that he had given a written application in the Janta Darbar of Bhojpur District Magistrate in this regard and further action on it would be taken by the officials. He told that in the midst of the case filed in the court regarding the land sold fraudulently, in view of its purchase and sale again and the on-site activities happening on the land, he appealed to the police station several times for justice to register the case where he was always disappointed about the case being in the court. Gurunarayan Singh said that he met Bhojpur Superintendent of Police Mr. Raj and informed him about the matter, on which taking the matter seriously, on the initiative of the Superintendent of Police, a case of fraud has been registered in Udwantnagar police station on 03 July 2025.
