BIKE RIDING LINER THREATENS TO KILL THE RAIDING TEAM OF MINING DEPARTMENT, ARRESTED

ARA-------------------------A case has come to light in which a bike riding liner/passer threatened to kill the raiding team of mining department. In this regard, a named FIR was lodged by the mining department. The team took immediate action and arrested the liner along with the bike.

It has been said in the application that on July 20, a raid was conducted with the SAP force and mine inspector Chandan Kumar Azad working in the district mining office against illegal mining and transportation of sand under Nagar police station. In the same sequence, a tractor was caught with Son sand without challan at Singhi of Nagar police station.

On seeing the raiding team, the driver left the vehicle and fled. After arranging a local driver, the vehicle was brought to the parking place located west of Manbhavan Petrol Pump in Koilwar and kept safe.

While bringing the vehicle to the parking place, a bike riding liner/passer forcibly stopped the vehicles of the raiding team of the mining office and the said liner started using abusive language and asked to release the tractor loaded with illegal gold sand, and also threatened to kill the raiding team in case the vehicle is not released. During this, the said liner was caught along with the bike. The arrested is Vinay Kumar Tiwari, son of Gyan Chand Tiwari, resident of Devnagar Majhaunwa of Town Police Station area. During this, his bike was also seized. No valid challan or documents of any kind were presented regarding the gold sand. It has been said in the given application that liner Vinay Tiwari continuously follows the vehicles of Mining Office Bhojpur by doing recce. The said liner parcel along with 40-50 people organize illegal sand mining and transportation and use Chandi-Salempur route to enter tractors loaded with illegal gold sand into Ara urban area. It is clear from this that the said person is causing damage to the government revenue by committing organised crime.
