The Department of Industry organized an investor interaction at the Lalit Hotel in Delhi regarding the newly approved Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025. The package was previously launched in Patna. This event was held in Delhi as a continuation of the same. Industry Minister Nitish Mishra was the chief guest at the event. Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh, Managing Director of BIADA Kundan Kumar, Chairman of the Bihar Chapter Gaurav Shah, Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce Prabhat Kumar Sinha, MD of Bharat Plus Ajay Singh, and other senior officials were present.

DELHI---------------------------The Department of Industry organized an investor interaction at the Lalit Hotel in Delhi regarding the newly approved Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025. The package was previously launched in Patna. This event was held in Delhi as a continuation of the same. Industry Minister Nitish Mishra was the chief guest at the event. Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh, Managing Director of BIADA Kundan Kumar, Chairman of the Bihar Chapter Gaurav Shah, Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce Prabhat Kumar Sinha, MD of Bharat Plus Ajay Singh, and other senior officials were present.
During the event, Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh gave a detailed presentation on the policy framework and investment incentives. He explained the key provisions of the package, such as free land allotment, financial incentives, and initiatives to strengthen the business environment. Mr. Singh also underlined that this package is designed to make Bihar an attractive destination for investors and accelerate industrial development.
Industry Minister Nitish Mishra praised the BIPPP-2025, saying, "This package is a historic step for Bihar's industrial development. It will not only attract investment but also create new employment opportunities for the state's youth. This package will play a crucial role in making Bihar a leader in the industrial sector. Our goal is for Bihar to emerge as an industrial power not only in India but also globally. Through this policy, we are committed to providing all possible support to investors to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in Bihar."
BIADA Managing Director Kundan Kumar said, "This package will not only provide better facilities to entrepreneurs but will also accelerate job creation and economic growth. This is an important step towards making Bihar a leader on the industrial map."
The session concluded with officials answering questions and highlighting plans to transform Bihar's industrial landscape through BIPP-2025, providing free land, unique financial incentives, and a robust business environment. Following the BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025, the government has now implemented the new Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package (BIPP)-2025 to encourage industries in Bihar. At the conclusion of the event, B. Kartikeya Dhanji, Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, thanked everyone who attended the event.
