ACCUSSED GETS 5 YEARS RI

BHABHUA-----------------------In the court of Special Judge Dharmendra Tiwari of Civil Court Excise Special Court, the accused got 5 years rigorous imprisonment and fine of one lakh rupees in Excise Police Station Case No. 931/24. In Bhabhua Excise Police Station Case No. 931/24, on the charge of recovery of 1078.56 liters of liquor from Mahindra Pickup Vehicle Vehicle No. JH 05 CF 82 77 at Mohaniya Check Post, Rajesh Nonia, son of Ishwar Nonia, Village Kochas Municipality Ward No. 5, Police Station Kochas, District Rohtas, was taken on a tour with the help of Excise Special Public Prosecutor Nishikant Nilesh and the accused was found guilty under Section 30 of Bihar Prohibition and Production Amendment Act and was sentenced to 5 years rigorous imprisonment and fine of one lakh rupees and in case of non-payment of the fine, an additional imprisonment of 6 months.
