ACCUSED OF SHOOTING LOVER’S HUSBAND ARRESTED

ARA---------------------------The Mufassil police team has arrested the accused in the case of shooting and injuring a woman's husband. The accused has been identified as Hariom Singh, a resident of Dariyapur village in the Dhobaha police station area. It may be noted that three days ago, Sujit Kumar Singh alias Golu Singh, a resident of Baligaon village, was shot and injured in Bhakura village of the Mufassil police station area while he was attending a funeral ceremony at a friend's house.

The injured man accused his wife's lover of the shooting. In the case registered on the complaint of the injured Sujit Kumar Singh alias Golu Singh, Hariom Singh, a resident of Dariyapur village in the Dhobaha police station area, was named as the accused. Hariom Singh is said to be a resident of the village where the injured Sujit Kumar Singh alias Golu Singh's maternal grandparents live and is also reportedly his wife's lover.

In the FIR, Sujit Kumar Singh alias Golu Singh stated that Hariom Singh has been having an affair with his wife for the past three years. He alleged that Hariom Singh shot him because of this affair. In the FIR, Sujit Kumar Singh alias Golu Singh stated that on Saturday, his friend Rahul Singh's grandfather's funeral ceremony was being held in Bhakura village.

He went to Bhakura village with his friend Abhishek Kumar alias Gulshan on a motorcycle to attend the ceremony. While returning, he encountered Hariom Singh about a hundred meters from the funeral site. Hariom Singh shot him on sight and fled. His friends then took him to the hospital for treatment.
