Dr. D N SINGH HONOURED AT NATIONAL PEDIATRICS CONFERENCE

BUXAR------------------------Dr. D.N. Singh, a renowned pediatrician from Buxar and Director of Shiv Rama Children's Hospital, had the opportunity to share his experiences and expertise at a state-level medical conference. He marked his presence as both a participant and an expert physician at the 34th Bihar Pedicon-2026, held at Hotel Maurya in the state capital, Patna.

This annual conference was organized by the Bihar State Branch of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, bringing together pediatricians, medical educators, and health experts from various parts of the country, including Bihar. Workshops were conducted during the conference on critical topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Pediatrics, Genetics, and Mechanical Ventilation.

Dr. D.N. Singh was the sole physician from the Buxar district to attend this prestigious conference. During the event, in appreciation of his academic contributions and participation, he was honored with a memento, a certificate of commendation, and a traditional ceremonial stole (*Angavastra*).

Dr. D.N. Singh was also presented with a certificate of participation by the Bihar State Branch of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. Additionally, the Bihar Council of Medical Registration awarded four credit hours to the physicians who participated in this workshop.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. D.N. Singh stated that such academic conferences serve to keep physicians abreast of the latest research, technologies, and treatment modalities emerging in the medical field, thereby enabling them to provide superior healthcare services to patients. He emphasized that extending the benefits of modern technologies and research-based medical practices in the field of child health to children in both rural and urban areas is the need of the hour.

The honor bestowed upon Dr. D.N. Singh has sparked a wave of joy within the medical fraternity of Buxar. His colleagues, well-wishers, and patients have extended their congratulations to him on this achievement.
