ARA-----------------------RJD leader and former MLA from Jagdishpur, Bhojpur, Bhai Dinesh, emphasized the paramount importance of workers and called their insult unacceptable under any circumstances.
The former MLA stated that the true foundation of any political party's success and support base lies in its loyal workers, who, without expecting any personal gain, devote resources from their own homes and work day and night to spread the party's principles and objectives to the masses.
In his statement, Bhai Dinesh clearly stated that workers are the backbone of any party. Without their tireless hard work, sacrifice, and dedication, no political organization can survive. It is extremely sad and condemnable when such dedicated workers are insulted at any level or their contributions are underestimated. He emphasized that workers, despite their limited resources, invest their energy and time in strengthening the party. Therefore, it is the leadership's utmost duty to respect them and maintain their morale.
Election victories and defeats are a natural process. In a healthy democracy, it is essential to accept electoral results and strive to learn from them. Brother Dinesh emphasized the need for introspection in the face of electoral defeat. This introspection helps us understand our shortcomings and formulate future strategies, rather than blaming others or blaming each other for the defeat. He believes that such a negative attitude weakens the party's internal structure and demoralizes its workers.
Emphasizing the need to strengthen the party at this time, Brother Dinesh said that the biggest challenge today is to unite all sections of society. Workers who have become disgruntled or inactive for any reason should be respectfully reintegrated into the party. Only by taking them into confidence, listening to their complaints, and giving them due respect can the party regain its true strength. He said that efforts should be made to connect every section of society with the party through our actions, behavior, conduct, and thoughts. This should include not only long-time party supporters, but also new and young faces.
Brother Dinesh also advised the ruling government to focus on public issues. He said that the government, which has received an overwhelming majority from the people of the state, should use its power for the overall development of the state. Serious consideration should be given to providing government jobs to the youth, as this is the state's most pressing need. Additionally, a comprehensive and effective campaign should be launched to eliminate corruption prevalent in grassroots administrative offices such as blocks, police stations, and subdivisions.
It is extremely unfortunate when the government takes actions such as demolishing the homes of the poor, demolishing shops, harassing street vendors, and humiliating others. A welfare government has the responsibility to make the lives of citizens easier, not to further hardship them.
Extending a message of unity to Rashtriya Janata Dal workers, Bhai Dinesh said that the work of spreading the party's respected leader's ideas and objectives to every village will soon begin. In this current era, only unity and inclusiveness can move society forward for a better future. Finally, Bhai Dinesh said we should always believe in uniting, not dividing.
