ARA---------------------------A delegation from CPI(ML), AISA, and AIPWA met the victim’s family in Hasanbazar, condemning the rising crimes against women in Bhojpur. They demanded swift justice and protested administrative inaction. A delegation led by AIPWA National Council member Sangeeta Singh visited the victim’s family in Hasanbazar village, joined by AIPWA leader Shobha Mandal, AISA district secretary Vikas Kumar, co-secretary Raushan Kushwaha, and CPI(ML) district committee member Ramanuj. The group slammed the incident in strong terms and assured the family of their support until justice is served. Sangeeta Singh said, “Under the double-engine government, criminals are calling the shots. The graph of atrocities against women across Bhojpur and Bihar is at an all-time high. Murders and rapes are becoming daily affairs. The Muzaffarpur case is a glaring example. We demand a probe into the library operator’s role at the Hasanbazar crime scene. There’s a conspiracy to hush up the case due to ties between the administration and criminals.” She announced that CPI(ML) will observe June 4 as a district-wide protest day to demand speedy trials. Shobha Mandal added, “The victim’s family is under constant pressure to withdraw the case. We demand a speedy trial to deliver justice.” Vikas Kumar urged, “The administration must provide immediate compensation to the victim’s kin and ensure their safety.” The delegation vowed to stand by the family, pushing for accountability and action against the culprits.
