PATNA------------------------A woman inspector was abused and pushed while getting off Dumka-Patna Express at Patna Junction. The incident is said to have taken place on Sunday. On the complaint of the victim, RPF arrested both the accused and handed them over to the railway police. The victim has registered a case against both of them in the railway station. It is said that the woman inspector, who hails from Bhagalpur district, is posted in Patna. She boarded Dumka-Patna Express from Bhagalpur railway station and reached Patna junction on Sunday. The train was very crowded. While getting off the air-conditioned coach of the train, two youths started pushing her from behind.
When the woman protested, both the youths got into a scuffle with her and along with abusing her, they held her hand and pushed her. Due to which she narrowly escaped falling. When the lady inspector immediately raised an alarm, the RPF jawans deployed on duty on the platform reached there and caught both Bhola Kumar, resident of Postal Park Street No. 3 of Jakkanpur police station area and Dinesh Kumar, resident of Pale village of Bajirganj police station area of Gayaji district. After interrogating both of them, the RPF handed over both of them to the railway police.
After arresting both of them, the railway police presented them in the railway court. From where they were sent to judicial custody. The Railway SP said that two persons had molested a woman travelling in Dumka-Patna Express along with behaving indecently. On receiving the information, the railway police team took immediate action and arrested both the accused. A case has been registered against both of them.
