A young woman was killed after being hit by a speeding pickup truck near Trimurtia, located on the Ara-Mohania National Highway, in the Jagdishpur police station area. She died on the way to Sadar Hospital for treatment. According to reports, the deceased was Kusum Kumari, 19, daughter of the late Lalan Vishwakarma, a resident of Pipal Ward No. 15, Jagdishpur Jaga, in the Jagdishpur police station area. She worked at a chocolate factory in Trimurtia.
The deceased's maternal uncle, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, stated that she had gone to work at the chocolate factory in Trimurtia. While returning home, she was struck by a pickup truck, leaving her seriously injured. After receiving first aid from Jagdishpur Referral Hospital, her family brought her to Sadar Hospital. The doctor who examined her declared her dead. A post-mortem examination was subsequently conducted by the police at Sadar Hospital.
It is said that the deceased was the second child among five sisters and one brother. Her family includes her mother, Gudiya Devi, four sisters: Anshu Kumari, Asha Kumari, Nidhi Kumari, Ayushi Kumari, and one brother, Ayush Sharma. The incident has caused an uproar in the deceased's home. Her mother, Gudiya Devi, and all the family members are inconsolable, weeping profusely.
