WHO WILL SAVE THE SINKING BOAT OF THE UPPER CASTE SOCIETY?: KUMAR CHANDRA BHUSHAN

BHABHUA-------------------------During a formal meeting at the Rashtriya Savarna Samaj Sangh State Office located on National Highway 19, Nagar Panchayat Kudra in the district, Rashtriya Savarna Samaj Sangh State President and independent writer Kumar Chandra Bhushan Tiwari expressed concern over the increasing poison of casteism in the nation and the increase in caste laws day by day. He said that casteist anarchy is being spread by the leaders of the nation to retain power in the nation. Due to which, senior officials including officials from district level to block level give decisions by looking at backward forward or caste. Not only this, if there is any administrative matter, then the police administration also declares the people of their caste innocent under backward forward and proves the innocent person of other caste guilty and puts him behind bars. This kind of feeling is deeply ingrained in the reserved categories and they participate in it with great enthusiasm. Because they are unable to take any post on the basis of merit, and if they do not look at caste, then their status is equal to zero, those who cannot get attached to any post.

If we talk about the same unreserved classes, then they are only busy singing their own tune, they only see their own benefit, and also betray the trust of their society and nation. Otherwise, the SC ST Act passed by the Supreme Court in March 2018 and the ordinance against the Supreme Court to exclude those coming in the creamy layer from the purview of SC/ST reservation in August 2024 would not have been passed unanimously. The apex court had also directed sub-classification in both the classes to extend the benefit of reservation to those who need it more. Ultimately, the ball was put in the court of the government by the Supreme Court. Because no one opposed it. While the so-called leaders of the upper caste were also present in both the houses. Therefore, they cannot be considered upper caste.

In the vote bank politics, the upper castes have been marginalized by political parties due to their low population. Are all rich because they are upper caste, does poverty come by looking at caste? It is a matter of thinking that despite scoring high marks in the exam for a post, one is declared ineligible because of being from the upper caste. So why should it not be believed that the upper castes are not independent due to being in minority.

When gender, caste, religion and region based hatred is a crime under the constitution, then how does such a law get passed unanimously in the temple of democracy of the nation. Are criminals occupying the temple of democracy of our nation?

Under reservation, merit is being raped. Is it not a violation of human rights to declare a person who scores 90% marks ineligible and a person who scores 30% marks eligible on the basis of caste. But all the human rights organizations including the National Human Rights Commission are also silent, because they know that all the leaders of the upper caste society are dead. The boat of the nation is sinking along with the upper caste society. All of you upper caste people are requested to leave all the political parties that support reservation and unite. If people of your society are standing with any such political party and are trying to mislead, then boycott them because they are not upper caste but a wolf in sheep's clothing. If anyone contests election from any seat in protest against reservation, then support him, otherwise come together and boycott the vote, otherwise NOTA.
