WHEN WILL PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI ANSWER FOR YASHODABEN’S SINDOOR AND RESPECT ?: PRAMOD KUMAR RAI

ARA---------------------------While the Bharatiya Janata Party is playing the politics of distributing 'sindoor' from house to house, a woman of the country is still waiting for her sindoor-that woman is none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi's wife Mrs. Yashodaben., Pramod Kumar Rai, Advocate, Former Joint Secretary Bar Association Ara Social.

The most sacred symbol of married life in Indian culture and civilization-'sindoor', its public insult has been suppressed in the glare of power. Our questions to Prime Minister Narendra Modi are:

1. You married Yashodaben - isn't marriage a public responsibility? 2. The party whose government talks about women's respect by distributing sindoor in the entire country, can't the same party protect the sindoor and respect of a married woman? 3. Can the Prime Minister himself run away from the question that why has he not given his wife the status and rights of a wife till date? 4. When Yashodaben is still living a life of social humiliation and loneliness, then are the talks of 'women's respect' limited only to the platforms?

"How can the one who did not respect the women of his own house become the guardian of the sindoor of crores of women of the country?"

1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi should clearly answer in front of the country about his behavior towards Yashodaben. 2. The Bharatiya Janata Party should avoid emotional and hypocritical politics like 'sindoor in every house', until it is able to get this symbol respected in the life of its own top leader. 3. The political hypocrisy in the name of the women of the country should be stopped and an initiative should be taken for real women's respect.

This question is not of Yashodaben, this question is of every woman who deserves justice, respect and identity in relationships. And today, the Prime Minister will have to answer this.
