BHABHUA-----------------------Bihar government spent crores to build a new Nagar Panchayat. The aim was to develop the village like an urban area. But even after spending crores of rupees, the condition of Nagar Panchayat Hata, which was built two years ago, is in a bad shape. We are not saying this, but the piles of garbage and waste there are proof of this. Hata market is the main market of dozens of villages nearby. Thousands of people come and go, but they do not get any facility of the Nagar Panchayat, till now there is not a single toilet, due to which not only men but even women face a lot of problems. Tetri Devi of the area tells that there is no arrangement for drainage of water in her street in Nagar Panchayat Hata, due to which water accumulates and stays here during the rainy season.
