TWO SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT IN CASE OF KNIFE ATTACK AND MURDER

BHABHUA--------------------------In Nuaon police station area, on 10th July 2020, at around 9:30 pm, in a dispute over throwing garbage in the plaintiff's sowing field, the accused attacked the plaintiff, his father, his uncle and two cousins ​​with a knife and injured them. Due to this, the plaintiff's father died and others were injured. On the basis of the statement of the injured/plaintiff Akhilesh Prasad, son of Premchand Prasad, a case was registered in Nuaon (Ramgarh) police station. After completing the investigation of the case, a charge sheet was submitted to the court and considering the seriousness of the matter, the case was tried. On 27 May 2025, the accused Dinesh alias Pappu Jaiswal father late Ramji Sah and Krishna Jaiswal father Dinesh alias Pappu Jaiswal, both of village Nuaon police station Nuaon, were found guilty by the court ADJ-X Kaimur (Bhabua) and were sentenced to life imprisonment and fined Rs 25000/- under section 302 of IPC. On not paying the fine, the accused will be sent for two months additional rigorous imprisonment. On being found guilty under section 307, he was sent to ten years rigorous imprisonment and fined Rs 10,000/-. On not paying the fine, the accused will be sent to one month additional rigorous imprisonment. On being found guilty under section 324, he was sent to two years rigorous imprisonment and fined Rs 5,000/-. On not paying the fine, the accused will be sent to fifteen days additional rigorous imprisonment. One year rigorous imprisonment on conviction under section 323. One month rigorous imprisonment on conviction under section 341. All sentences will run concurrently.
