ARA------------------------Two accused who were absconding for a year in the famous double murder case have been arrested by the Koilwar police station of Bhojpur district. The police arrested both of them from Koilwar police station area on Thursday evening. The arrested accused include Raj Kishore Rai, resident of Pachrukhiya village of Babura police station area and Pawan Kumar, resident of Chakia village of Doriganj police station area of ​​Saran (Chapra) district. On the night of May 1, there was heavy firing between sand mafias for supremacy at Kamaluchak Gadhiya sand ghat located in the Diara area of ​​Koilwar police station area. During this, Vikas Kumar Mahato, 20-year-old son of Hungi Mahato, resident of Chakia village of Doriganj police station area of ​​Saran (Chapra) district, and Sudarshan Rai, 40-year-old son of Tulsi Rai, who were working at the sand ghat, died. While Purnamasi Mahato, 40-year-old son of late Rajak Mahato, a resident of the same village, was injured.

After the incident, deceased Vikas Mahato's father Hungi Mahato lodged an FIR against Satyendra Pandey, resident of Pachrukhiya Kala village of Babura police station area, his son Neeraj Pandey and Guddu Rai, resident of Pachrukhiya Rajapur village of the same police station area.

The police have arrested about 32 accused in this double murder case so far and sent them to jail. The names of the two arrested accused came to light during the investigation. Here, in just one year, almost all the accused involved in this double murder have been arrested and sent to jail.
