BHABHUA-------------------------- The health department runs without any rules and laws. If sources are to be believed, ignoring illegal health institutions from which the local medical in-charge or officials get fixed amount is the ultimate duty, but there is no hesitation in showing achievements by catching hold of those from where nothing is received.

In the health department in the block, district, state and country, there is no fixed rule for the fee of the examination, nor any rule and law has been made for the fee of the doctor, and neither any law has been made on how much money should be charged for the operation of which part of the body. Due to such negligence of the health department with the lives of the citizens in the country, how many lives either become disabled or die. The number of quack doctors has increased in the villages and countryside- and operations without surgeons are seen every day in the hospitals of quack doctors. Be it a national highway or a side road, wherever you look, you will see hospitals in which operations are being done without operation theatres, and medicines are also being sold without license. The officers sitting in the district or the state are never seen to take their vehicles and monitor the hospitals on the roadside and if they pass by, they go with their eyes down. Testing centers without training have also opened at many places, in which money is being collected for tests arbitrarily. Some money is charged for the same type of test, while some fees are charged for different tests. Not only this, the condition of doctors holding the same degree is also the same, some doctors have fixed their fees arbitrarily, while others have fixed something else. What is all this, in this democratic country, there is no account or ledger, whatever the doctor says is right, charge as much fee and money from the patient as you want, because he is helpless. The government should also fix the fee of degree-holding doctors, the fee for tests should also be fixed and what will be the fee for the operation of which organ should also be written on the board of the hospital, so that the public can get facilities and helpless lives can be saved. If the same sources are to be believed, it has become their ultimate duty to ignore those illegal health institutions from which the local medical in-charge or officials get a fixed amount, but they do not shy away from showing their achievements by holding on to those from where they do not get anything.
