BHABHUA-----------------------------The deaths of two innocent children from the same family in the Hargaon Panchayat area of Chainpur block, under suspicious circumstances, have shocked the entire area. 10-year-old Shivani Kumari and 13-year-old Sudhar Kumar died. The father of the deceased children, calling it a premeditated murder, has filed a complaint naming six villagers. The twin deaths have caused widespread disarray among the family members and tension has gripped the village. According to the application submitted by the father of the deceased, Ghurbigan Rajbhar (resident of Hargaon), to the Chainpur Police Station Chief, the incident began on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Ghurbigan stated that his niece, Chandni, informed him that his son Sudhar and daughter Shivani were hanging from a noose in a shed outside the village. When the father arrived at the scene in a distraught state, he found his daughter Shivani lying on the ground and his son Sudhar hanging from a noose. The father quickly brought his son down. Shivani was already dead at that time, but Sudhar was still breathing. Both were immediately taken to B.P. Singh Hospital, Chakia, where doctors declared Shivani dead, while Sudhar was treated. The father alleges that Sudhar's condition was improving at the hospital, but on November 27th, after Chhakaudi Rajbhar, Goga Mian, and Imran Mian, residents of Ismailpur, arrived at the hospital, the child's health suddenly deteriorated. Ultimately, Sudhar Kumar also died on the morning of November 28th. The death of two children in a single week has brought a mountain of grief to the family. Ghurbigan Rajbhar has refused to accept the incident as a suicide. He told the police that the children's feet were touching the ground at the scene, while the noose was at a very high height. Clear nail marks were found on the children's bodies, indicating a struggle. In his application, the father has leveled serious allegations against village residents Vimal Bind, Ambika Bind, Sudarshana Bind, Kera Bind, Bindu Bind, and Bihari Bind. He claims they have a long-standing rivalry with these individuals, and just a few days ago, they threatened to kill the entire family. The victim's father has demanded a high-level, impartial investigation into the matter from the Chainpur police station in-charge. He has appealed for strict action against the culprits so that his innocent children can receive justice. The police have begun investigating the matter.
