STATE MARTYRS’ CEREMONY HELD AT LASADHI

ARA--------------------------A state martyrs' ceremony was held on Monday in Lasadhi village of Agiaon block. Chief guest, District Magistrate Tanay Sultania, paid tribute to the brave martyrs. At this state martyrs' ceremony, the family members of the martyrs and public representatives provided detailed information about the martyrs in the freedom struggle. They also briefly described the canal in Lasadhi village and the Lasadhi firing incident by the British.

Public representatives from the Lasadhi area also apprised the District Magistrate of the problems facing the area. Paying homage to the brave martyrs, the District Magistrate appealed to the citizens to uphold the martyrs' homage and demonstrate their virtuous character. The state government is making every effort to ensure that the administration reaches the public and resolves their problems.

Locals had demanded the construction of a road from Banauli to the Bisambar Canal, which is currently underway. The concerned officials were directed to complete the road construction work as soon as possible. Superintendent of Police Raj, Vijendra Yadav (former MLA, Sandesh), District Council member Phoolwanti Devi, the officer in charge of the general branch, the Block Development Officer, the Circle Officer, and other public representatives were present at the event.
