SPECIAL INTENSIVE REVISION CAMPAING 2025: BLOS, SUPERVISORS AND VOLUNTEERS HONOURED

ARA---------------------------BLOs (Booth Level Officers), BLO Supervisors and Volunteers who performed excellently in the updated work under the Special Intensive Revision Campaign 2025 organized by the District Election Office Bhojpur were honored by the District Election Officer-cum-District Magistrate Shri Naval Kishore Chaudhary. This honor was given in a dignified ceremony organized in the Collectorate Auditorium, in which the commendable services of the selected personnel from various polling stations of the district were honored by giving them certificates.

The District Election Officer informed that this honor has been given to those personnel who have successfully uploaded the counting forms of more than 500 voters through the BLO app while working at their respective polling stations. This work is very important for updating and rectifying the voter list in accordance with the guidelines of the Election Commission, and these personnel have carried it out with full devotion and responsibility.

Addressing the function, Shri Chaudhary directed all the BLOs and supervisors to complete the physical verification of the remaining voters in their respective areas as soon as possible and complete the work within the time limit by uploading the remaining counting forms. He said that this campaign is not just a process, but a strong effort towards strengthening democracy. It is the collective responsibility of all of us to ensure the presence and correct information of every voter.

During the function, the officials present praised the efforts of the workers wholeheartedly. Additional Collector (Public Grievance), Deputy Election Officer, District Information and Public Relations Officer and other administrative officers were specially present in the function. All of them in their respective addresses described the role of BLOs and volunteers as the backbone of the democratic system and inspired them to continue working in the same manner.

Enthusiasm and satisfaction were visible on the faces of the BLOs and volunteers who received the honor. He said that this type of public appreciation by the administration has increased their morale and dedication towards work even more. A BLO said, “This honour is not only for me but for all the workers who are working day and night in the field so that the roots of democracy become stronger.”

The Special Intensive Revision Campaign 2025 is a part of the Election Commission's goal to include the name of every eligible citizen in the voter list and correct any kind of error in time. The excellent work done by the district workers in this direction will become a source of inspiration not only for the district but for the entire state.
