If an accident occurs due to overloading of any vehicle like auto, bus, then action will be taken against the vehicle owner as well as the driver and others by registering a case under section 105 of BNS (Indian Justice Code) and other relevant sections. Referring to the major auto accidents that have happened in recent months, the ADG said that 7 people died in an auto accident in Masaurhi on February 23. Similarly, on 29 May, 4 women died in Dumariya, 3 in Adarsh ​​Nagar on 31 July and 9 women died in auto accidents near Shahjahanpur ahead of Daniyawan on 23 August. All these accidents have happened due to overloading. These cases will be investigated and strict action will be taken by registering a case under Section 105 of BNS. Apart from this, a few days ago in Jehanabad, a case of a child dying after falling from a hole in a school bus has come to light, action will be taken under strict sections in this case too. Strict action will be taken against all the culprits in these cases.

The ADG said that in cities, especially Patna, there is a problem of traffic jam due to autos. Strict instructions have been given to park autos 50 meters ahead or behind all the squares and intersections. If a minor is caught driving an auto, tuktuk or any other vehicle anywhere, action will be taken against him under strict sections of BNS. Carrying a person on any cargo auto or other vehicle is completely prohibited. Transportation of school children on e-rickshaws has already been banned. Strict action will be taken in all such cases.

He said that right now auto drivers are being explained. If they still do not agree, strict action will be taken. He also appealed to the common people to avoid sitting on overloaded vehicles and raise their voice against those who drive wrongly. So that such a practice should not be accepted in the society. Information about traffic rules should also be given in schools.
