PATNA----------------------------The rampage of uncontrolled sand mafia in the state is not stopping. In this sequence, the district mining and Patna police team were attacked by sand mafia late last night in Kelhanpur village of Bihta police station area of ​​Patna district. However, there is no information of any policeman being injured in this incident yet. But the vehicle of the police team has been completely damaged. Here, after getting information about the incident, police from many police stations of Patna district are camping in the village and the police team has been engaged in arresting the sand mafia.

It is being told in relation to the incident that the District Mining Department had received information in Kelhanpur village of Bihta police station area that illegal mining and storage of sand is done by sand mafia late at night, after which the team of District Mining Department and Patna Police team reached to conduct raid. Where some vehicles were caught by the mining department and during this time a dispute started between the sand mafia and the mining department regarding the release of the vehicles. After which the police of Bihta police station also reached the spot. During this time the sand mafia suddenly attacked. Where the vehicle of Patna Police was completely damaged and the sand laden vehicle fled away. Regarding the incident, Danapur DSP 2 Amarendra Kumar Jha confirmed the incident and said that late last night information was received that a raid was being conducted by the District Mining Department in Kelhanpur village of Bihta, during which an attack was made by anti-social elements. Here, after getting information about the incident, the team of Patna Police reached the village and started arresting the absconding mafia. At present, the police is camping in the village after the incident.
