79th Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp in Shanti Smriti Sambhavna Residential High School, Shubhnarayan Nagar, Majhawan and Sharda Smriti Sambhavna Public School, Maulabagh. Principal Dr. Archana Singh hoisted the flag in both the branches and saluted the national flag and emphasized on developing values, culture and patriotism in children.

ARA---------------------------79th Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp in Shanti Smriti Sambhavna Residential High School, Shubhnarayan Nagar, Majhawan and Sharda Smriti Sambhavna Public School, Maulabagh. Principal Dr. Archana Singh hoisted the flag in both the branches and saluted the national flag and emphasized on developing values, culture and patriotism in children.
The parade of NCC cadets, patriotic songs, dance and multilingual speeches in the program captivated the audience. The main attraction was the dance drama based on 'Operation Sindoor', in which many students including Ekta Pathak, Varsha, Aman Pal gave an impressive performance.
Guest Gandhiji Rai and school managing director Dr. Kumar Dwijendra paid tribute to the martyrs and called upon the students to become responsible citizens. The program was conducted by Arvind Ojha and Alok Atulya, while the closing was with 'Vande Mataram'.
