ROGI KALYAN SAMITI MEETING HELD

ARA------------------------A meeting of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti was organized in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate, Bhojpur Tanay Sultania. The meeting started with a review of the works done earlier, which included the arrangement of fans and tube lights at the emergency gallery, lab gallery and registration counter, construction of new registration counter, installation of steel railing for queuing of patients, arrangement of signage at registration and medicine distribution counter, light board signage in IPD, OPD and waiting area, construction of medicine distribution counter with shed, railing and signage, establishment of command and control center, establishment of help center and construction of emergency registration counter. The necessary works to be done further by the committee were also discussed in the meeting, which include arrangement of LED tube lights for adequate lighting in all the rooms of the ground floor, first and second floor of Sadar Hospital, installation of fans on those beds of medical and burn ward where there is a shortage of fans, installation of light boards, signage and directional signage in the second floor, ground floor, main gate and gallery. Apart from this, the need to get necessary civil work done in the operation theatre on the second floor by zoning, false ceiling, lighting, signage and using the empty spaces in the rear part of the gallery was emphasized. Along with this, proper arrangement of lighting on the roads and other places of the hospital premises, installation of centralized AC, annual maintenance (AMC) of all ACs, shifting the points of oxygen boxes and servicing them, installation of water purification plant under CSR for better arrangement of drinking water, arrangement of new curtains in SNCU, repair of AC, installation of four additional oxygen points and the need to install EPABX system were also discussed.

Deputy Development Commissioner Bhojpur, Civil Surgeon Bhojpur, Hospital Manager, District Program Manager (Health), members of Rogi Kalyan Samiti and other related officials were present in this meeting.
