ARA---------------------------Additional District and Session Judge VIII, Ara Civil Court Neeraj Kishore awarded rigorous life imprisonment to four persons and also slapped fine on them in connection with murder of a person.
APP Vineeta Kumari said that some miscreants thrashed Manoj Kumar of Badgaon village under Azimabad police station to death with traditional weapon on January 5, 2020 in the morning when he had gone to the field to attend call nature. An tiff was said to be the cause behind the incident.
After hearing both the parties the ADJ VIII convicted China Ravidas, Santosh Ravidas, Bharat Ravidas and Chutkan Ravidas and awarded rigorous life imprisonment to them and also slapped a fine of Rs. 16,500 on them.
