ARA------------------------Famous teacher Khan who has become an inspiration among the youth of Bihar, has taken a step that has created a stir from Bhojpur to Patna. Khan Sir, who has made his own identity in the field of education, is now in the news for buying land. On Friday, August 1, Khan Sir reached Ara in Bhojpur district, but there was no pomp and show and no media buzz. According to sources, all the formalities were completed in the registry office before his arrival. Khan Sir stayed in the office for only 30 minutes and then returned to Patna after getting 99 kattha land registered in his name. No one had any idea for what purpose this deal was being done. The land purchased is located in Chhitampur Mouza of Koilwar block of Bhojpur district. The estimated price of the land is around Rs 2 crore. After this big deal, many speculations are being made among the local people. Some are saying that Khan Sir is going to start a huge educational institution here, while some are considering it a strategic investment.

However, no official statement has come from Khan Sir so far. But the way this registry process was done in a very confidential manner, it is clear that something big is definitely going to happen. Land seller Vishal Singh Solanki has said that Khan Sir has bought this land from him and he will soon open his educational institution there.
