PROTEST MARCH AGAINST USE OF BULLDOZERS

ARA--------------------------A protest march and street corner meeting was held in Jagdishpur Nagar against the use of bulldozers on street vendors and the homes of the poor. The government should consider rehabilitating the poor before using bulldozers on street vendors and the homes of the poor. A meeting will be held with the District Magistrate (SDO) on November 29th at 12 noon.

While holding street corner meetings at half a dozen intersections in Jagdishpur Nagar Panchayat market, he said, "I strongly condemn the use of bulldozers on the homes of the poor and the carts of street vendors."

The people of Bihar did not give this double-engine government power to run bulldozers on the homes of the very poor, but to rehabilitate the poor, provide jobs to the youth, strengthen the health and education system, and ensure fair prices for farmers' produce.

If the government wants to use bulldozers, it should use them on corrupt officials, not on the innocent public.

The government and the district administration should make arrangements to rehabilitate the street vendors and the poor in the Jagdishpur Nagar Panchayat market, block and district markets, before using bulldozers on their homes.

Thousands of acres of paddy crops of farmers in Jagdishpur, Bhojpur and Bihar have been destroyed, but they did not get the time to look after them, but they got the time to use bulldozers.

Dozens of people including Nayak Singh, Shriram Singh, Lalji Singh, Manji Singh, Jameel Khan, Pintu Singh, Binod Yadav, Rohit Choubey were present in the protest march and at the street corner.
