ARA-------------------------"Oh Lord Shiva! May Tejashwi Yadav become Chief Minister!" Ahead of the election results, a ritual of havan and puja (worship) has begun in this Bihar village. The results of the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections are expected on Friday, raising the pulse of political party leaders and workers. Along with the political parties' claims of victory, a series of rituals have also begun. A similar scene was witnessed in Vaishali, where supporters of the Grand Alliance's CM face, Tejashwi Yadav, have begun performing yagnas and havans to ensure his appointment as Chief Minister.
In Bhagwanpur Kiratpur Rajaram village in Vaishali district, RJD supporters have begun a 24-hour ritual of puja (worship). Led by RJD leader Kedar Prasad Yadav, the puja is being conducted, with prayers being offered to Lord Shiva that Tejashwi Yadav becomes the next Chief Minister of Bihar.
On this occasion, Kedar Prasad Yadav, considered a close confidant of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, said that Bihar desperately needs Tejashwi Yadav. He described Tejashwi Yadav as the future of Bihar and said that he is a man of development who provides employment to the unemployed.
Initiating the yagya, RJD leader Kedar Nath Yadav said that he has resolved to make Tejashwi Yadav the Chief Minister and hence has started the 24-hour yagya. Earlier, he had also performed special puja during the great festival of folk faith, Chhath, and had reached the Chhath Ghat by doing Danda Pranam for 2 km.
