POLICE RAIDS IN GOPAL KHEMKA MURDER CASE, DETAINED THREE FROM UDAYGIRI APARTMENT IN PATNA

ARA---------------------------Patna police is conducting raids in connection with the murder of big businessman Gopal Khemka of the capital Patna. Police arrested shooter Umesh Yadav, who shot Gopal Khemka, from near his house on Monday. On his information, SIT of Patna police raided Udaygiri apartment in Patna and picked up three people. Police also detained some people from Hajipur area.

When the arrested shooter Umesh Yadav was arrested by the police, he gave some information to the police. After which a team of STF and police reached Udaygiri apartment on Buddha Marg in Patna. Police raided a flat located on the sixth floor here and picked up three people from there. After the arrest, it was revealed that after committing the crime, shooter Umesh Yadav hid in Udaygiri apartment located in front of Patna Museum. The flat in this Udaygiri apartment where he was hiding belongs to Ashok Kumar Gupta. Police is also interrogating that 70-year-old man. On Monday, a joint team of STF and Patna Police raided Udaygiri Apartment located in front of Patna Museum, from where two more suspects were arrested. This is the same apartment where the shooter took shelter immediately after the incident. This flat belongs to Ashok Kumar Gupta. The shocking thing is that the apartment in which the shooter took shelter is inhabited by many big businessmen, high officials and VIPs of Patna.

The police have found many important clues during the interrogation of Umesh. Based on this input, a joint team of STF and Patna Police raided flat number 601 of Udaygiri Apartment located in Kotwali police station area late in the evening. The role of the criminal detained from there is being investigated. During the interrogation, it was revealed that a total contract of Rs 10 lakh was given to another criminal, who contacted shooter Umesh Yadav and entrusted him with the task of committing the murder for Rs 1 lakh as advance to carry out the crime. The layers of this big gang are now slowly opening up. At present, the police have detained three people and started questioning them. At the same time, the police are conducting raids in search of other accused.

The police have also recovered some land related documents from this flat in Udaygiri Apartment. From which it is clear that Gopal Khemka was murdered in a land dispute. The strings of this murder are connected to the same 14 bigha land in Hajipur, in the dispute of which Gopal Khemka's son Gunjan Khemka was murdered in 2018.

After arresting shooter Umesh, Patna Police also raided Patna City and Hajipur area. So far, the police have detained six people. On Monday, the SIT went to Beur Jail where the notorious Ajay Verma was interrogated. The police got important information and the shooter Umesh Yadav was caught when he went out to pick up his child from school.

Umesh Yadav had shot Gopal Khemka. After committing the murder, he reached his home via JP Ganga Path and hid there. There is also talk of giving a contract of Rs 3.5 lakh in this murder. Shooter Umesh Yadav got Rs 1 lakh. Police will soon reveal the entire murder case.
