He revealed that Himanshu Sharma was involved in the murder of his partner Ajay Shankar alias Sikandar Bind, for which Himanshu was jailed. Due to this enmity, they wanted to take revenge on Himanshu.

Vicky Giri alias Sadhu Giri was given a contract of two lakh rupees for this. As per the plan, they were lying in wait near Himanshu Sharma's shop to conduct a recce when the police caught them. The four arrested criminals have been identified as Dasai Kumar alias Kundan Ram, a resident of Ujiar Tola, Sahil Kumar alias Saurabh Yadav, Ricky Kumar of Bind Toli, and Bholu Rai, a resident of Godhna Road, Nawada.
