POLICE ARRESTED A MURDER ACCUSED FROM BUXAR

ARA------------------------Police has achieved success in the murder case of Shri Bhagwan Singh, resident of Bhedri village, in a dispute over plowing of fields on the night of 24th July in Bhedri village of Ayar police station area of Bhojpur district. In this case, the police arrested the named accused in the murder case.

He was arrested from Biswa village of Navanagar police station area of Buxar district. The arrested accused is Santosh Kumar alias Maina, son of Hari Govind Singh, resident of Bhedri village of the police station area. This information was given by SP Raj.

Let us tell you that on the night of 24th July, Shri Bhagwan Singh, 42-year-old son of Hari Kishor Singh, resident of Bhedri village of Ayar police station area, was shot dead. While his younger brother 40-year-old Dadan Singh was injured by bullet. After which a named FIR was lodged by Rambabu Singh, son of deceased Shri Bhagwan Singh, against nine people including ward member Lallu Singh, his father Hari Govind Singh and Santosh Singh.

After filing the FIR, the police took immediate action and arrested Hari Govind Singh. Whereas on 28th July, the police arrested four accused including ward member Lallu Singh and sent them to jail. The police also recovered the country-made pistol and four live cartridges used in the murder from them. The police is continuously conducting raids to arrest other accused.
