BHABHUA--------------------------Tensions suddenly escalated between two parties over a land dispute in Parmalpur village, under the Bhagwanpur police station area. The dispute escalated to the point of physical violence and violence. Upon receiving the information, Bhagwanpur Station House Officer Chandrashekhar Sharma arrived at the scene with his team and brought the situation under control.

The Station House Officer stated that the first party alleged that the paddy plants planted on their Khatian land were being cut by the other party. When they protested, the dispute escalated, leading to a fight between the two parties. The first party reported the matter to the police station, after which both parties were brought to the police station and heard separately. Given the seriousness of the matter, the Circle Officer and senior officials were also informed.

In response to the escalating tension between the two parties, the police took preventive action and arrested a total of 20 people—nine from the first party and 11 from the second party.

Chandrama Singh, father of the late Munni Singh; Bhanu Pratap Singh, father of Gulabchand Singh; Dharamjeet Kumar, father of Ramchandra Singh; Jitendra Kumar, father of the late Nagina Singh; Badal Kumar, father of Bhanu Pratap Singh; Ajay Kumar Singh, father of Gaurishankar Singh; and Roshan Kumar, father of Upendra Singh—all from the village of Parmalpur, Police Station Bhagwanpur, Kaimur district.

Ranjeet Kumar, father of Ram Sihasan Singh; Nandu Singh, father of Shukar Singh; Lorik Singh, father of Rambachan Singh; Ram Bihari Singh, father of the late Devnath Singh; Sudarshan Singh, father of the late Sitaram Singh; Dharamdev Singh, father of Sudarshan Singh; Santosh Singh, father of Shukar Singh; Suresh Singh, father of the late Sitaram Singh; Sarvjeet Singh, father of Ram Sihasan Singh; Brijbhan Singh alias Bihari, father of Ram Bihari Singh; and Vinod Kumar, father of Nandu Singh—all from the village of Parmalpur, Police Station Bhagwanpur, Kaimur district.

All the arrested accused underwent medical examination at the Bhagwanpur Primary Health Center. After investigation, the police remanded all of them to judicial custody to appear in the Bhabua subdivision court.

Police stated that they are continuously monitoring the village to prevent tensions arising from the land dispute. Officials appealed to the public to maintain peace.
