POLICE ACHIEVED SUCCESS IN SUMIT SINGH MURDER CASE

ARA-----------------------------A team from the city's Town Police Station has arrested the accused named in the infamous Sumit Kumar Singh murder case. The Superintendent of Police issued a press release confirming the arrest from a nearby area. The arrested person is Bambam Kumar alias Uttam Kumar, son of the late Ramswaroop Ram, a resident of Jawahar Tola, Rassi Bagan, Nawada police station area. He is the named accused in the murder case.

It should be noted that drug dealer Sumit Kumar Singh was shot dead on the night of September 5th. An FIR was lodged against three named and two unidentified individuals in the case. Following a police raid on September 11th, the named accused, Deepak Kumar, a resident of Jawahar Tola, Nawada police station area, and Sagar Kumar, a resident of Rassi Bagan, surrendered in court. Both revealed important information during interrogation.

On their information, Guddu Kumar, a resident of Jawahar Tola, and Rajnikant Gautam, a resident of Karman Tola, who were involved in the murder, were arrested on September 13th. Two pistols and a bike used in the murder were also recovered. Police investigations and research revealed the name of the main shooter, Siddharth Kumar alias Narayan Singh.

On September 14 (Sunday), under the leadership of Station House Officer Devraj Rai, the main shooter in the murder, Siddharth Kumar alias Narayan Singh, was arrested with a 9mm pistol. During interrogation, he confessed to the murder.
