He detailed the involvement of Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary, Minister Mangal Pandey, Minister Ashok Chaudhary, and BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal in various corruption cases.

He stated that after Shambhavi Chaudhary's engagement, land worth approximately ₹200 crore (200 million rupees) was purchased through the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, associated with the family of the late Kishore Kunal. While we don't have evidence against this trust, the land purchases were made through this trust only after Shambhavi Chaudhary's engagement to Sayan Kunal. In the past two years, between the engagement and the wedding, five lands were purchased, totaling ₹38.44 crore (38.44 million rupees), and payment was made by check. All of these lands are owned by Ashok Chaudhary and individuals associated with the trust.

He said that Ashok Chaudhary should explain what his involvement with this trust is. If he has nothing to do with it, then why should Anita ji be associated with the trust? She is Kishore Kunal's wife. Why were funds transferred from her account to Ashok Chaudhary's wife's account? We have all the records. Furthermore, those associated with this trust, including Anita Ji, former bureaucrat Jiyalal Arya, and Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit's mother, should explain why so much land has been suddenly purchased through the trust in recent times.

Sanjay Jaiswal, for many years, prevented the flyover from being built solely because it would have affected sales at his petrol pump. He even had a public sign posted at his petrol pump stating that the flyover construction was stalled not because of him but because of the state government. In 2015, when JDU District President NN Shahi refuted this, a public discussion took place in front of hundreds of people at the Town Hall. Bettiah Mayor Garima Devi Simaria wrote a letter to the Municipal Commissioner at the Standing Committee meeting on August 14, 2024, stating that in five meetings of the Empowered Standing Committee, a decision was made to replace the petrol pump in Cantonment due to excessive fuel bills and corruption. A decision was also made to completely stop payment of petrol pump bills.

He stated that ₹5 crore (50 million rupees) was paid to the municipal corporation's sanitation vehicles, most of which were found to be fraudulent and inflated.

Attacking Sanjay Jaiswal, Prashant Kishore said, "Your father, Madan Jaiswal, was a gentleman." They have respect, you don't. When you ran away from the BJP and contested the election from the RJD, you got 5,000 votes. You said you would send me to jail, but I'm saying you won't be able to hold my hand even if it takes seven lifetimes.

Earlier, Jan Suraj Party Vice President YV Giri stated that the court had ordered the police to conduct an impartial investigation into the case of BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal. However, the police did not conduct a proper investigation. In this case, the Jan Suraj Party, along with the victim's family, has filed a separate case in the High Court.
