PATNA-----------------------Prashant Kishore again targeted Ashok Chaudhary, stating, "If the defamation notice of 100 crore rupees sent to us does not withdraw and apologize within 7 days, we will disclose additional illegal assets worth 500 crore rupees." Prashant Kishore also questioned the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, stating, "Jiyalal Arya ji, Anita Kunal ji, and Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit's mother-in-law should come to the press and explain how the Trust purchased property worth 100 crore rupees after Shambhavi Chaudhary's engagement." PK clarified details regarding Jan Suraj's funding, stating, "As an advisor, I earned 241 crore rupees in the last 3 years, paid GST and income tax, and ₹98.75 crore donated to Jan Suraj.
Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, held an important press conference at his camp office in Patliputra Golambar on Monday, launching a major attack on the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, as well as Minister Ashok Choudhary and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary.
Prashant Kishore demanded that the Bihar government immediately dismiss Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary from his post and arrest him on murder charges. The seven people murdered in Tarapur in 1995 all belonged to his Kushwaha caste. In case number 44/1995, documents were submitted to the Chief Justice of India (CJM) stating that Rakesh Kumar alias Samrat Chandra Maurya alias Samrat Choudhary, son of Shakuni Choudhary, was born on May 1, 1981. Consequently, he was released from jail as a minor. However, in 2020, he declared his age to be 51 in an affidavit submitted to the Election Commission. This means that in 1995, he was 26 years old. The court acquitted him, despite being wrongly accused. He should remain in jail until he is released from prison. Therefore, I request the Chief Minister and the Governor that this man holding a constitutional position is disrespecting the laws of the country. If the Chief Minister does not take action against him, I will lead a delegation to the Governor in 2-3 days. Either dismiss and arrest him, or release all the murder accused from jail.
He also stated that Samrat Chaudhary was not only accused of murder, but was also named as a suspect in the highly controversial Shilpi-Gautam rape and murder case. The CBI investigated this matter. Samrat Chaudhary should explain whether these allegations are true or not. If he denies it, we will gather documents and reveal the truth.
Prashant Kishore again targeted Ashok Chaudhary, saying, "If he doesn't withdraw the defamation notice of 100 crore rupees and apologize within 7 days, we will disclose additional illegal assets worth 500 crore rupees."
Following this, Prashant Kishore attacked Ashok Chaudhary, saying, "We have issued documents proving his acquisition of assets worth 200 crore rupees. Now he should explain that all this is not his land. We have responded to his notice. Now he is saying that he will abandon legal recourse and fight a political battle with us. But that won't work. We are directly challenging him, saying that if he doesn't withdraw the notice and apologize within 7 days, we will take action against him from the Governor to the court. We will further disclose his assets worth 500 crore rupees, along with documents."
He said that Ashok Chaudhary's department has been awarded contracts worth over 20,000 crore rupees in the last eight months. He has taken a 5% commission on every contract. After this, whenever the department's funds are released, a 0.5% commission is charged. This is the same money that goes to the department's engineer and the same amount that was burned at an engineer's house recently. At the next press conference, we will also bring those who paid 5% commissions to the table.
Prashant Kishore also questioned the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, saying, "Jiyalal Arya, Anita Kunal, and Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit's mother-in-law should come to the press and explain how the trust purchased property worth 100 crores after Shambhavi Chaudhary's engagement."
Prashant Kishore further stated that his direct accusation is against the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust. Jiyalal Arya, who is associated with this, should explain why property worth over 100 crores was purchased from the trust's account immediately after the engagement of Ashok Chaudhary's daughter, Shambhavi Chaudhary, to Sayan Kunal. Where did this money come from? The mother-in-law of Bihar Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit is also associated with this trust. These people should not tarnish the name of the late Kishore Kunal. Jiyalal Arya, Kishore Kunal's wife Anita Kunal, and the Chief Secretary's mother-in-law should hold a press conference and explain where the trust got the money to purchase properties worth over 100 crore rupees. They should make their account details public.
PK clarified details regarding Jan Suraj's funding, saying, "As an advisor, I earned 241 crore rupees in the last three years, paid GST and income tax, and donated 98.75 crore rupees to Jan Suraj."
Earlier, Prashant Kishore responded to questions about the Jan Suraj Party's funding. He stated that Jan Suraj is receiving funding from the people he has helped. He stated that he has earned 241 crore rupees through business consulting in the last three years. This money was earned through providing advice; he has not committed any theft. GST of Rs 30.95 crore has been paid on this amount. Income tax of Rs 20 crore has been paid. Of the remaining amount, Rs 98.75 crore has been donated to the Jan Suraj Party. We have sacrificed our lives. He is investing his hard-earned money. He will even sell his body to raise money in the next ten years, but he will not allow the politics of theft to continue in Bihar. He also revealed that he received 11 crore rupees from Navyuga Construction for two hours of consultation. This is the power of a boy from Bihar, the power of Saraswati. Our Jan Suraj colleagues also donated from their own pockets before accepting money from the people of Bihar.
