BHABHUA-------------------------Due to the poor system of judiciary in India, so many people get buried in graveyards in the hope of justice, but still they don't get justice. These words were said by senior journalist Shyam Sundar Pandey of Durgawati block area of ​​the district during an interview. He further said that the Supreme Court of the country is entangled in the cases of big capitalists and politicians, the poor have neither money nor support of any strongman to go there. Often, due to the lack of time limit for any justice in the judiciary, a person has to remain entangled in dates, and in this way, the life of the person ends while looking at the date. Then his descendants keep visiting the court to see the case, or due to their changing situation, they accept defeat by abandoning the case. Due to which he is deprived of his own property, and then lives a life of humiliation in the country. All the cases related to land dispute in the court, sometimes after reaching the High Court, the case again comes to the lower court, and then begins the game of date after date of justice. If any case is going on in the court, be it a land dispute or rape or crime, then its time limit should be fixed, so that the public can easily get timely justice in less time. But the arrangement of fast track was made in some cases, but due to no time limit being fixed in other cases like land dispute and crime, the person still remains miles away from the reality of justice, or is buried in the grave. Therefore, the government should ensure that the decision of the case going on in the court comes during the lifetime of the person so that his descendants do not have to suffer. In the land related disputes for which the survey campaign has been started by the government, many land related cases are pending in the court, the decision of which will not come on time, nor will that land be included in the survey. It is very important for the government to make a law of time limit to set the time limit in the court which has been created to provide justice in the constitutional framework of the country, so that the people can get justice and if necessary, the number of judiciary should also be increased.
