Is the officer aware of all these matters or not? If sources are to be believed, it is not so. All the officials are aware of the work not being done within the time limit, but till date, has any action been taken against any official by the government or the top official? Was any financial penalty given? Was salary deducted from the monthly salary as a penalty? While the government has formed teams to monitor all the works at every place, why does the district administration ignore it? Zonal Officer, Block Development Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Land Reforms Additional Collector, District Magistrate Officer Patna are aware of all this, but till date no action has been taken. Who is the Chief Minister to oversee? We are the owners of our department. We ourselves will work according to our own will. Why should we follow the limits set by the government? The public can go wherever they want. No one can harm me. This is the case of almost all departments. A conspiracy is being hatched to defame the government. It should be monitored from the Chief Minister's level and departmental action along with legal action should be taken against the concerned officers who do not work within the time limit so that there is a change in the work culture, but this does not happen. In case of no work, the concerned officers are made victims of transfer or the helpless contract employee executive assistant is targeted. After all, how long will this continue? This has been done by the government. Have the top officials been targeted by the government?
